Last Updated: Oct 30, 2025

Pre-Launch Status

DesAlpes LLC ("DesAlpes," "we," "our," "us") is a limited liability company registered in Belize. We operate a global business. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information about prospects, clients, members, affiliates, employees, contractors, and business partners worldwide. It applies to all Personal Data collected, used, or otherwise processed by DesAlpes in connection with its business operations, whether collected online or offline, including through our websites, mobile applications, affiliate portals, digital tools, back office, social media channels, marketing programs, customer support, events, training sessions, or telephone communications.

This Policy applies to all individuals who interact with DesAlpes and governs how we handle Personal Data across all jurisdictions in which we operate.

For purposes of this Policy, the term "Personal Data" (also referred to as "Personal Information") means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, and "Processing" refers to any operation performed on Personal Data, such as its collection, storage, use, or disclosure.

Legal Binding Agreement

This Privacy Policy is legally binding. By visiting, accessing, or using any of DesAlpes' websites, mobile applications, affiliate portals, digital tools, back office, or other online or offline programs, products, or services (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by its terms. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you must not access or use the Services.

Pre‑Launch Status: DesAlpes is currently in pre‑launch. Significant changes to our Services and related documentation are expected leading up to the official launch.

1 Categories of Personal Data Collected

DesAlpes LLC may collect various types of Personal Data depending on your relationship with us and how you interact with our Services. This may include identifiers and contact details such as your name, address, email, phone number, or device identifier; account and profile information including usernames, passwords, enrollment or sponsor IDs, rank, and commission records; and government or compliance data such as tax identification numbers, nationality, date of birth, and documentation required for identity verification or anti-fraud purposes. We may also collect payment and financial information to process transactions and issue compensation, as well as commercial and transactional data such as purchase history, returns, product preferences, and autoship settings. In operating our business model, we may collect network and performance data, including upline or downline genealogy and activity metrics, along with online and technical data derived from your use of our websites and applications, such as log files, cookies, and approximate location information. In addition, we may process communications and support content, employment or contractor-related information, and inferred data drawn from your interactions and preferences. We also maintain records of compliance and disciplinary actions where required to enforce company policies, detect misuse, or manage affiliate relationships in accordance with applicable law.

2 Collection Methods

DesAlpes collects Personal Data through several methods depending on how you interact with our Services. We may collect information directly from you when you register for an account, make a purchase, enroll as an affiliate, submit an application, participate in programs or promotions, or contact us for support or inquiries. We also collect certain information automatically when you use our websites, applications, or portals, including through cookies, tags, software development kits (SDKs), analytics tools, or similar technologies described in Section 3, which help us understand usage patterns and maintain the security and functionality of our Services. In addition, we may obtain information from third parties, such as payment processors, service providers, marketing or analytics partners, social-media platforms, or-where relevant-your upline or sponsor, solely as needed to operate and administer our multi-level marketing network. DesAlpes may verify certain Personal Data with third parties for fraud prevention, identity validation, or compliance screening, using secure and proportionate methods.

3 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

DesAlpes uses cookies and other tracking technologies to help operate and secure our Services, understand user behavior, improve functionality, and deliver a more relevant and personalized experience. These technologies may be used to remember your preferences, facilitate navigation, measure performance, and support analytics or limited advertising consistent with your choices and applicable law. You can control or disable cookies through your browser or device settings, which may affect certain features or functionality. Where required by law, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as valid requests to limit data use or sharing for advertising or tracking purposes. At this time, our Services do not respond to browser-based "Do Not Track" signals, which are not yet standardized, but you may use other privacy settings or tools to express your preferences. We implement technical and organizational security measures for cookies and tracking tools, and we do not allow third parties to collect Personal Data through our cookies for their own independent purposes without notice or consent.

4 Purposes of Processing

DesAlpes processes Personal Data for a range of legitimate business, contractual, and legal purposes. These include providing, operating, and improving our Services; creating and maintaining customer and distributor accounts; and managing network relationships, commissions, qualifications, and genealogy reporting within our business model. We also use Personal Data to personalize content, offers, and marketing communications where permitted by law, and to conduct analytics, market research, and product development to enhance our offerings and user experience. In addition, we process information to detect, investigate, and prevent fraud or misuse, to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and DesAlpes policies, and to communicate with you regarding orders, support, account updates, promotional materials, and important compliance or security alerts. Finally, certain information may be processed to meet accounting, taxation, anti-money-laundering, and other recordkeeping or regulatory obligations imposed by law.

We may also process Personal Data to enforce DesAlpes' internal policies, defend legal claims, and protect our rights, property, and affiliates. Processing is always limited to what is relevant, proportionate, and necessary for these purposes.

5 Jurisdictions with Data-Protection Laws

When DesAlpes processes Personal Data in regions that require a lawful basis for processing, such as certain jurisdictions in which data-protection laws apply, we rely on several grounds depending on the context of the processing. These include the performance of a contract, for example when fulfilling orders, administering accounts, or providing requested Services; consent, which we seek for non-essential cookies, promotional communications, or other processing that requires your prior agreement; and legitimate interests, such as operating and improving our business, preventing fraud or misuse, supporting distributor network functions, and ensuring the security and integrity of our systems. We may also process Personal Data to comply with a legal obligation, such as recordkeeping, accounting, or regulatory requirements, or in circumstances involving vital or public interests, such as protecting the safety of individuals or responding to lawful requests. In each case, we take into account the nature of the Personal Data, the purpose of processing, and your reasonable expectations to ensure that your rights and freedoms are appropriately safeguarded.

You may contact DesAlpes to inquire about, access, correct, or delete your Personal Data, subject to applicable law and reasonable verification of identity.

6 Sharing and Disclosure

DesAlpes does not sell Personal Data for monetary consideration but may share certain information where necessary to operate our business, provide our Services, or comply with legal or contractual obligations. Such sharing may include disclosures to affiliated companies, subsidiaries, and service providers or contractors that assist with business operations such as hosting, payment processing, logistics, data analysis, and customer support, all of whom are required to handle Personal Data only for authorized purposes and under confidentiality obligations. In the context of our multi-level marketing activities, limited Personal Data such as names, identification numbers, and performance metrics may be shared within the distributor network (for example, between an upline and downline) to support legitimate business and compensation plan administration.

Affiliates and distributors receiving such information must use it solely for legitimate DesAlpes business purposes and are contractually prohibited from using or disclosing it for independent or unrelated activities.

We may also share information with business partners in connection with joint promotions or co-branded initiatives, with appropriate notice at the time of collection. In addition, Personal Data may be disclosed to government authorities, regulators, or law enforcement to satisfy legal obligations or respond to lawful requests, and to other entities in connection with corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, or reorganizations. We further reserve the right to share information as reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, risk management, and compliance communications, while taking steps to limit disclosures to what is relevant and proportionate.

All service providers and business partners are required to delete, return, or anonymize Personal Data after fulfilling their contractual obligations.

7 International Data Transfers

DesAlpes operates internationally, and your Personal Data may be transferred to or accessed from locations outside your country of residence, including but not limited to Belize, as well as other jurisdictions in which we or our trusted service providers conduct business. These locations may have privacy and data-protection standards that differ from those in your home country. When transferring Personal Data across borders, DesAlpes takes steps designed to ensure that such information is handled in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy and subject to appropriate safeguards. By submitting your Personal Data or using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that your information may be transferred, processed, and stored in other countries.

DesAlpes implements contractual safeguards and standard data-transfer clauses consistent with recognized international standards to ensure adequate protection of Personal Data wherever processed.

8 Data Retention

DesAlpes LLC retains Personal Data only for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to meet our contractual or legal obligations, or to comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements. The specific retention period may vary depending on the nature of the data, the context of collection, and our legal or operational needs. Once Personal Data is no longer required for these purposes, we will take appropriate steps to delete, anonymize, or otherwise irreversibly de-identify it in a secure manner. In certain circumstances, such as for recordkeeping, dispute resolution, or fraud-prevention purposes, limited data may be retained for a longer period where permitted or required by law.

9 User Choices and Communications

You have several options to control how DesAlpes communicates with you and uses your Personal Data. You may opt out of receiving marketing or promotional emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link contained in those messages or by emailing us. Please note that unsubscribing from marketing communications will not affect the delivery of transactional or essential emails, such as order confirmations, account notifications, or service updates required to fulfill your requests. You can also manage your cookie and tracking preferences by adjusting your browser or device settings, deleting or blocking cookies, or enabling a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal to automatically communicate your privacy preferences. If you choose to limit certain cookies or disable tracking technologies, some personalization or functionality on our websites may be reduced, but you will still be able to access our core Services. You may also request to correct or update inaccurate information in your account profile at any time by emailing us.

10 Children's Privacy

This website and our related online Services are not directed toward or intended for individuals under the age of 18. The content, features, and offerings of DesAlpes LLC are specifically designed for adults and may only be used by persons who are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you must not access, use, or register for this website, submit any information to us, or perform any related actions. DesAlpes LLC does not knowingly collect, use, store, or share Personal Data from individuals under the age of 18. If we learn that we have inadvertently obtained Personal Data from a minor, we will promptly delete it from our systems. If you believe that a minor under 18 has provided information to us, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate steps to remove such data.

11 Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

DesAlpes takes reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect Personal Data; however, no method of transmission over the Internet or of electronic storage is completely secure. Accordingly, DesAlpes does not warrant or guarantee the absolute security of any information transmitted through or stored on its systems and shall not be responsible for unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, or misuse arising from causes beyond its reasonable control. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for restricting access to your devices, and you acknowledge that you transmit information to us at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DesAlpes disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our Services or any security incident. If you believe your account or data have been compromised, please contact us immediately.

12 Policy Updates

We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. When we make changes, we will post the revised version on this page and indicate the "Last Updated" date at the top. All changes take effect immediately upon posting, unless otherwise stated.

It is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically for updates. Your continued use of our websites, portals, or other Services following the posting of changes constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy and your agreement to be bound by it as of its effective date.

By continuing to access or use our Services after any modification becomes effective, you agree to the revised terms of the Privacy Policy then in effect.

Pre-Launch Notice: since DesAlpes is in pre‑launch, we anticipate frequent updates to our Services in the months leading up to the official launch. Consistent with this status, we expect to update this Privacy Policy often and significantly.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between this Privacy Policy and the DesAlpes Terms & Conditions or Affiliate Agreement (for affiliates only), the provisions of those other agreements shall prevail and govern. This Privacy Policy is intended to supplement, and not to supersede, those documents.
